Routing Disclosure

This website is a marketing and call-routing platform. Calls and form submissions route to an insured independent Texas roofing contractor serving Pearland and nearby south Houston communities. We do not perform roofing work ourselves; availability, exact pricing, materials, warranty terms, and contract documents are set by the contractor you reach and confirmed in writing.

Texas does not issue a statewide roofing license. Any proof of insurance, manufacturer credential, voluntary RCAT credential, or other operator credential must be supplied by the operating contractor before it is published.

Call Recording Notice

Texas is a one-party-consent state for call recording, but this site keeps a clear recording disclosure before voicemail recording for consistency and transparency. Calls to or from the published number may be recorded for quality control and to preserve roof details.

Insurance and Deductible Law

Texas HB 2102 makes it a crime for a roofing contractor to pay, waive, rebate, credit, or absorb any part of a homeowner's insurance deductible. The contractor may help document damage, prepare an itemized scope, and meet an adjuster on-site when appropriate, but claim decisions belong to the insurer.

Nothing on this site promises insurance approval, claim payment, replacement approval, or a roof at no cost. Written scopes are construction documents, not coverage decisions.

Quotes, Pricing, and Permits

Price ranges shown on this site are market-typical planning ranges for south Houston roofing work. Exact pricing, availability, materials, permit handling, scheduling, cleanup, and warranty terms are confirmed by the independent contractor in a written quote before work begins.

The assigned contractor verifies current Pearland, Brazoria County, Fort Bend County, Harris County, or other applicable local requirements for replacement and structural roof work. This site does not quote permit fees.

No Warranty of Services

Pearland Roof Pros does not install roofs, repair roofs, inspect roofs, adjust insurance claims, or perform exterior construction. We make no warranty regarding work performed by the independent contractor that receives your request. Any workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, material selection, scheduling promise, or contract term is set by that contractor and should be confirmed in writing.

Privacy, Communications, and Photo Credits

Information submitted through this site is handled as described in the privacy policy. You may receive a call, text, email, or voicemail response related to your roofing request. Message and data rates may apply if your carrier charges them.
